I know this girl. When I see her, I always cover a chuckle.
Her mom obviously taught her how to apply her 80's style eyeshadow. She ALWAYS has this weird blue colour eyeshadow on, and I'm talking avant-garde, clown style.
Make-up can honestly highlight your features, or destroy them.
If you can get away with not wearing make-up, do it.
If a bit of eyeliner and mascara helps to make your eyes pop, do it.
If you need foundation, eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, blush and something for the lips, do it.
Just don't over do it.
It's easy to say that you should choose between a dramatic eye or bright lip. It's very hard to actually do it right - like blue eyes above. The horrible thing is, she is so set in her ways, and convincing otherwise is not possible.
I don't believe that if you think you look good, when its actually bad, you still look good.
Natural beauty, natural make-up is key. It's very subtle.
Throw away that blue eyeshadow ladies. Really look at yourself, and ask yourself if it's really making you look better or clowning you up?
But... what if you can apply the blue eyeshadow so that it actually makes you look GOOD?? Luz, ek sal my oë bq dun en vi jo i foto stuur, dan sê j my wat jy dink, kay?
People going Pop (T)art... Hahahahaha....
